When we planned international project week at the university of applied sciences and arts Dortmund, we were two final semester students to coordinate five days seminar. Being a project management student we could not move back from taking responsibilities. Mr. Rao Aamir and I planned the contents and courses to be taught during project week period and implemented all the things according to plan. It would have been very difficult if our colleague Mr. Henerique was not there all the time.
During these days we have learned not only to teach diversified group but also learned how to manage a long seminar. Even we have learned somekind of crisis management. During seminar period we had technological crash but we managed to continue with enough backups and ofcourse hardwork.
There were many students from different countries and we tried to make them work in diversified group to increase intercultural communication and team dynamics. it was a very nice experience from participants side as well. i am looking forward to organize similar kind of workshops and seminar in near future.
